Poor Excuses for premium increase

So today I get an email stating that my full comprehensive cover with Discovery insure is being put up. This increase in the region of +-R200.00pm. Called in and queried this and nothing can be done, reason for saying nothing can be done because I'm expecting this ******** response from a so called \Senior/Manager\". I have made no claim in the last year and no issues with my insurance being paid late or not being paid at all as well as being a member of the medical aid. This is absolutely pathetic and feel like I am being ****** in broad daylight (seems this is a norm in South Africa these days). I got a quote from a new insurance provider after having no history or any previous interactions with them offering me that exact same cover to the point at an even less amount than my current/old premium with Discovery! Discovery insure drivers should know what they offer their customers and I would NEVER recommend them to any family or friends. You will get ******! It will be an extremely miracle to see if they can offer me anything better than what I was paying and convince of why staying with them would be a good idea. Pathetic and poor service."
