Poor engagement with panel beating service provider

it disappointing to see how insurance companies take sides with panel beating companies for poor service. discovery took my vehicle to east coast panel beating and paint in durban by umngeni. authorization for repairs was given on 14/12/22. repair parts delivered on 2022 but panel beat does 15% of the work that needs to be done on the vehicle since 14/12/2022 till 9/01/2023 yet all parts as initial quotation were received in dcember and they never closed . you call your insurance for support you have them making excuses for the panel beater. Tsepo Kekana who handled my claim no where to be found, Dumisan who is above Tsepo also making excuses for panel beater and their manager *** guys has been in a teams call day and night for 3 days. it very unfortunate we leave companies with reputable experience due to belittled by company representatives,a anyways definitely i am jumping ship after this. you emails between panel beater and yourself detailed emails with discovery representatives clearly showing deliberate slack/delay to start repairs on vehicle by panel beating company but they absolutely do nothing anything they probably friends but hey are just a bunch of people who can be delayed 2 months without their own vehicle. well time wait for no one time to change now

estimated quotation had spares the panel beater requested for, by December before year end all those spares as per the initial quotation were received because i went to the panel beater before they closed (28-12-) for new year which was going to be 1 jan 2023 opening on the 3rd they only started working on the vehicle on the 9th because photo they shared only had about 15% of work done yet all parts were received in december. i communicated with your consultant team and they became casual with the matter they saying there were additionals of which those additional further more were not communicated to me. even with the additionals, the initial quotation covers say 90% of work that needs to be done on the vehicle excluding the additionals they talking about. further more the additionals they talking about includes shocks for backwheels how can you miss that shocks are damaged on first assessment ? does not make sense because you do not have to strip to see shocks are damaged, steering rack i understand to get to the rack and pinion you need to strip but shocks? come guys i work in industry as well so lets not play games with each other

i can share emails between myself and the panel beater to clearly show you what has transpired and in those emails i have been including discovery consultants and i can share claim number so you can view in the system the attempts i have made with discovery consultants to intervene because i was not getting joy with the panel beater , what they choose to do is to try make me understand why the vehicle was not worked on for 3 weeks, making excuses with additionals
