Poor disgusting claim administration
What a shocking and disgusting service I have never received from Insure I'm shocked, disappointed and full of regrets why joined such insurance *********** insurance. My claim has been on going from October no sense of emergency. No one is taking accountability its shocking I called on the 29 October I was told Ntotole Manaka is on leave she will revert to me upon her return to date I have not received a call to date. I gave this person Ntotole Consultant I called her on direct number to assist with my 2nd claim to my shock she said I should not her directly for new claims I should call the call centre any Consultant will be able to ask. On my Monday 25th November I called I spoke to another Consultant how she confidently said Ntotole is still on leave I subsequently I asked for her manager which I was I advised Mr Macu is no longer with the company for basically Mr Macu and Ntotole are running Discovery my claim will not be resolved in their absencia. I am shocked I'll definitely cancel my insyance I'll speak to Claire Van Wyk my broker to cancel this policy
Discovery is ***********
Only a lousy email confirming my complaint was escalated to the relevant department
I just called again asking for a manager to my surprise all managers left at 16:30 i should call between 8 and 16:30
Why I am getting such service. I will directly contact Mr Anton until i get help
If Discovery is not paying my claim please can I get get feedback at least I deserve that.
Not so many excuses. It is clearly my fault that my belongings were ******.
