Poor discovery insure assistance :(

Hi, I write this review with regards to the terrible feedback and assistance I have received from the discovery insure claims department. I have been without my car since the 15th of December and I currently have no extension on the courtesy car even though I wasn't informed that my car was taken to a panel beaters that was closed for some oil sump problem. I am still waiting for the car to be fixed and its the 4th of February. Very disappointed and car less :(
