Poor Discovery Insurance response to Burglary and security of house.

I have had a major breakin at my house in Johannesburg and even though a claim no was given to me on the 20th August nothing has been done/approved, which is a major security risk to my property and Tenants! Entrance gates and front door have all been damaged and cannot be closed properly and should therefore have a high priority to be resolved asap, which Discovery should be aware of. If anything occurs I will use this for legal action noted 31st August, 2020... Discovery seems to be having a problem with all their departments including Medical aid and their new Banking system...
