Poor Delivery Service on behalf of Discovery Insure with the help of Dals Goodwood

Truth be told Discovery Insure was a pleasure to deal with when it came to claim time and felt so comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands as they are a customer centric business. To my surprise once I received my car back it was as if the car was worked on in somebodies back yard. The service from Dals Goodwood was appalling from accessor all the way to the manager of the branch and no response from the general manager. Escalated the concerns to Discovery Insure which was an acting Team Leader Anika which promised she will have feedback and its almost week 2 that has passed. A email has been sent to Anika and her Manager and still no response. But wait for it I have left my details twice for a quotation AND BEHOLD I WAS CALLED BACK IN MINUTES FOR NEW SALES. Such is life as they now happy with my excess funds and still haven't received any service. Wishing all luck finding service, if you do hold on tight.
