Poor customer service - Liaaars and crooooocks over there
Liaaars and crooooocks over there, I cancelled my policy on the 2nd because Discovery wanted to increase premium by 40%. Why haven't I received my refund yet???? On Monday a call centre agent told me that, the refund still hadn't been processed, it was just captured on the system. Is this how you make your profits??? You delay paying us our money, invest it somewhere and squeeze every cent from it before you pay it late???
The agent told me I'll receive the refund today... Still nothing.
Poor customer service !!! 7 days is more than enough to pay back your refunds.

16 Jan 2019, 11:39Just go refund everyone you haven't refunded in more than 7 days, you don't need to deal with this at an individual level. Run a script on your database and refund all clients who are affected by your breach of your own 7 day or 10 day SLA or whatever your SLA is.
And why are refunds captured and not actioned for days on end in the first place????
