Poor Customer Service false promise

Its been over 5 weeks since my car broke down and towed by Discovery for assessment. Initially they took it to Panel beaters which was not the issue we claimed for. We have since been struggling to get feedback from the insurance, we have only received unclear communication when we put pressure on them, and now there has been further delays with no feedback again. Meanwhile, we cannot even arrange for a courtesy car.
