Poor customer service!!

My car was hijacked at gun point around 7:30pm on Tuesday 14 March 2017. When I realised that, I phoned Discovery to help me track it. To my surprise Discovery could not trace it, though it is fitted with a DQ-track. I was told there is nothing they can do but I should go and report to the police. The following day, on the 15th I lodged the claim and requested car hire and trauma counselling. Not once has the nominated Discovery claim administrator called for update. Instead I have been calling but no answers. My understanding is that the trauma counselling needs to be done as soon as possible. I can not even begin to understand why I am paying such a huge premium for this non-existent service. Worse of it all, my family and I have been failed by this so called 'DQ-track promise'. I am utterly disgusted.
