Extremely Poor Customer Care

I had motor vehicle claim which was approved by Discovery. However, it has been three weeks since approval but the payment has not reflected. I have made continuous follow-up but am told that payment was made. When I request proof of payment I am told that it will be sent but it has not been sent. If I do not make the the telephonic follow-up I receive no update and emails are not responded too.
