Poor communication vitality drive

Discovery insure is a good insurance. We have only had good service when claiming.

Discovery drive vitality which is associated with Discovery insure has proven disappointing since July 2024.

My husband and myself have not been able to utilise the weekly gameboard plays and after answering all questions and doing all instructions we are STILL not able to play the game board, even though weekly goals have been achieved. Tomorrow, 13 Aug 2025l4, will be week 5.

We signed up for the 3 month vitality trial and cancelled this. Not sure if that could be the reason for not being able to play. This was mentioned in the numerous emails sent. I even sent an irate email to which no response was received.

It is frustrating to pay for a rewards program and not be able to make use of allthe rewards.
