Poor communication!!!!!

I'm so disappointed, right at the end of my struggle with my car been smashed and written off . I'm now nagging for the proof of payment which was made to standard bank ( they financed my car ) apparently payment was made to standard bank on the 8th March , and to date no proof of payment was sent to me or them , looks like I'll be paying another car installment this month for a car I don't have anymore . Yolande Markham from specialist claims department ignores my emails , when you call in they keep redirecting me . I don't have much airtime to keep calling day in and day out . Please can you guys show some type of urgency .
