Poor committmet to client servuice

<p>I have been waiting since last Tuesday for a response to my query with regard to my insurance policy. Emails and phone calls back to Discovery Insure have been fruitless. All I need is a response. so that I resolve the matter. Once again Discovery Insure has been very difficult to deal with. </p>
