Poor Client Service

I updated the physical address on my vehicle insurance cover, updated insurance document was sent same day, however the premium had gone up when I checked the document and I wasn't informed by the agent that the premium will increase due to physical address update.Further more, Discovery went further,funds were deducted from my bank account to make up for the premium increase approximately two days after physical address change. What is upsetting 😡is that they had not informed me, about the change in premium amount going forward due to address amendment, secondly that money will be deducted from my account before month end of June, due to the so called increase. June premium had already been deducted from account on the 31 May, all these changes have happened in between this month, messing up my financial planning. Ridiculous service!!
