Poor client service!!!
Good day,my car was bumped by one of your clients 3 months ago and the 3rd party is supposed to fix it. I’ve been going back and forth with no luck. I’m not happy with how my case has been handled. I’ve been trying to get hold of Stephen for a week now. Every time I contact him he is forever on another line but never bother to get back to me. This claim has been dragging for too long,taking a legal route is the only option left for me. They need to start taking clients seriously. I’m really tired of this!! I’ve even sent him an email,he has not responded to my email yet. My claim number is ***

04 Oct 2022, 08:21My issue is not yet resolved. How long should I wait for me to be taken seriously??A guy called Stephen called me on Friday and he did that only because I lodged a complaint. He said he would do something yesterday, but nothing has been done so far. Please help me, I need my car to be fixed soon.

10 Oct 2022, 10:54Good day. This insurance company is really taking me for a fool. They promised that before the end of last week everything would be complete. Nothing has been done yet. I’m involving Scorpion and I don’t ever want them to contact me. They will communicate with my Lawyers
