Poor Client Discovery Insurance is a ****

Discovery has rejected my claim based on policy being canceled by policy hold in August however they collected their debit order. I have sent more than 20 emails with documents they've requested as per them policy canceled by policy holder I obtain a letter head from my bank to state no stop payment was loaded or payment reversed for Sept. I have gone as far as contacting the ceo of discovery yet no response
