Poor claims experience at Discovery Insur (***)

On January 26th my claim *** was authorised for settlement and payment was to reflect on my Discovery Bank account within 72hrs. On the 31st payment had not been made after 120hr. I received no contact for that and I have to wait for another 72hrs. Discovery Insure claims have poor customers service, and you have to contact them numerous times to get serviced
