Poor Claims Admin Team (not all)

Pathetic service from Sithembile Twala Claims administrator - several e-mails sent, no response received. I made several calls and left messages to call me back - no response received.

Claiirese Hewitt - Same, made me send e-mail with info - no response - claim could have been done telephonically. Wasted 2 days of my time.
