Poor Claim Service
Total absence of service. Registered a claim in the app on Wednesday 13th at 14.36. Got automated message saying her is your claim number ***. You will be contacted within 24 hours. Still waiting! Tried the contact number multiple times. Always rings out with no answer. So much for "Xpress claims"!!! Fed up with COVID and load shedding as excuses!!!!
