Poor claim assistance from Discovery Insure
Discovery insure is the worst ever insurance experience I have encountered since starting using insurance in 1988. I would definitely newer recommend them, as issues raised and request made being ignored. Reference claim ***. I have send several email to various contact centre personnel with no response, even the complaints department has automated response but don't get back to me. I am still struggling and desperate to get a claim registered since 18 November 2021 finalised.

06 Apr 2022, 10:26Typically Discovery and my main frustration with them. All nice private responses, but 5 days later and I am still awaiting a contact person to speak to and follow up on progress. Can Discovery please assign a contact person to email me?
