POOR CISTOMER SERVICE DISCOVERY!

I have not been in an accident for at least 10 yrs, that i have caused. I recently reversed into another car's towbar and submitted a claim. They took about a week before i got a call from a discovery agent who wanted to meet me at the scene of the accident and explain what had happened. This is now AFTER they had accessed my damage. Communication was very poor. I was made to think that they were questioning my integrity. They even phoned my friend who had witnessed the accident to see if i was telling the truth!. I had to also sign a form for them to investigste my previous claims. Bad experience dealing with Discovery imsure!
