Poor business ethics

Raised a claim n 2021 Sept - Discovery approved claim and sent their contractor Jacko Project who in turn sub-contracted to AG Plumbers- broke tiles to see issue as per leak report from AG plumbers and up till now work is pending /raised the issue with Ombudsman- as usual Discovery is playing delaying tactics....poor business ethics...will be taking this to social media
