Poor and unprofessional service from discovery insure

I had a very poor service I won't wish someone to take this insurance, firstly they sent CJ towing to tow my car around Lanseria after I hit a pothole the problem I had was my spare wheel had some issues also so I decided to call my insurance for roadside assistance because of my spare wheel so it was fine we checked the car everything was in order besides the front wheel that I wanted to change as it was damaged by pothole. The lady who assisted me from Discovery insure asked me how many people were in my car I told her she said they will arrange the care that will take me home and tow my car home so that morning I will got to tiger wheel and tyres and fix my tyre where their service provider came they said I must arrange my transport home remember I was with my family then I did arrange than they said I must leave my address so that they will deliver my car in the address so that in the morning I was going to take my tyres for repairs. so I went home with the car copy checked paper which it was issued by discovery insure service provide I waited the whole night I called several times for my car they keep on saying they will deliver it around 5 early in the morthing I call again they said they will ask their service provider and the service provider called me and said they will deliver my car at midrand tiger wheel and tyers, I went there I find out that my car was damaged the whole frind which was not damaged as we checked it, my thing that I left on my car including my service book were not there I asked even a driver who delivered my car because he was there he said they gave him that car like that to deliver from a service provider until now my belongings are missing, a few days ago I got an email from discovery insure said I have canceled a claim which I never secondly I ended up paying for myself, now I have another email that I must come and disconnect their devices.
