Poor 3rd Party service
Gretchen Rubin is avoiding me at discovery insure. I have followed up and called but never get through her. I have emailed her as well and she does not respond or acknowledge my emails. Every time i call i speak to one of her colleagues who are so great and promise me she will contact me but she does not even send an email to acknowledge my request.
I am at my wits end with discovery, how else can I get assistance since Gretchen who has been assigned to my claim is the only person who can assist but doesn't want to

I just cant seem to win with this organization. I paid your repairer the funds paid to me by Discovery only to find that there is still funds outstanding. I have escalated the matter on Thursday and have not received feedback. This while I still don't have my vehicle after following all of your instructions.
