Polite service agent

I needed assistance with my electrical db box. I contacted Discovery and spoke to Meshen Chetty. Although the wait for the electrician took forever and we eventually sorted out the problem on our own, I want to commend Meshen Chetty for the polite and efficient service. He was thoughtful and considerate. He kept us informed of the situation throughout our waiting time. He was a pleasure to deal with.
