POLICY TURNS NEW AFTER 18 MONTHS?

Only until they give me a real honest answer of what happened to my premiums 18months if today the vehicle that was insured with them 18months ago, when they send me my Schedule plan it shows that the same vehicle is new on policy. I don't understand whether this is negligent or purposely done to fix me after the altercation i had with the company recently.
