Policy Re-instatement

In today's day in age with lack of service delivery in almost everything we do, it is a daily battle and frustration finding someone to talk to who can understand your need an enquiry without a hassle and the probability of miscommunication. Yvonne understood assisted me in a matter of seconds, did what she had to do and helped me without any hassle. It was quick and painless. Her friendliness made my day. She is a real sweetheart. We need more of her!!!
