Policy not as explained

I will not rate the service!!!<br> <br> On submitting a claim I queried why the excess would not be paid from my excess funder account I was then told that the excess funder account only covered motor vehicle claims. I discussed this with numerous consultants and informed them that this was not how I was sold the policy. I have requested an investigation into this matter and have not had any feedback to date. <br> <br> In order to check my facts I have made additional calls to the call centre and on at least 4 occasions, 2 by myself, once by my wife and as well as a colleague, have all discussed the excess account with the staff who all assured us that all claims were covered? <br> <br> Finally today I had a call from one of your sales people trying to sell me Discovery insurance and I again discussed the excess funder account and what types of claims are covered. I was again assured that all claims are covered not just motor vehicle claims.<br> <br> Clearly there is a major discrepancy in the training of your staff or this is a con only to get people to sign up?<br> <br> I would appreciate a response to this issue as so far none has been forthcoming from any of the staff I discussed this with.
