Policy lapsed

My debit order didn't go through. I have been calling since last week Tuesday ( 05 May)<br> I was promised my debit order will go through after 48 hours till today nothing happened<br> Called again this morning, I was told my policy has lapsed due to non-payment. Boitumelo re-instated my policy still paying same amount..<br> I was kept informed of what is going to happen..<br> <br> Thank you Boitumelo keep up the good work<br> <br> <br>
