Policy changes

I must say that Mpho really delivered. When I called I was very angry cause I had called the previous week and someone had promised to sort my issue out. Mpho was the 2nd person to pick up my call as the first person did not show interest in my case and was very quick to transfer me to the sales department and as it turns out, the person had put me through to someone who had left their headphones on and was not at their desk! this I found out after holding on for 6 minutes and having to call back. When I finally got through to Mpho and explained my situation, she was very apologetic and promised to sort out my issue, needless to say, she kept calling to give me feedback and I am happy to say that my brother's car is now under his name and discovery has gained a new client......Mpho is an example of how a call centre agent should behave, she was kind, polite and understanding. She followed through on everything that she promised to do.
