Policy Cancelled Money Still Deducted

I cancelled my Discovery Insure Policy In Jan 2015 with effect 28 Feb 2015. I phoned back twice in Feb to confirm that the policy would be cancelled and that the confirmed that the debit order will not be deducted of my account again. It is March and the policy has NOT been cancelled and the money has been deducted of my account after Discovery confirmed that this would not happen.<br> I spoke to Discovery today and they said that they wanted to retain my business and that's why they did not cancel. They basically deducted my account *******ly as I cancelled my Policy confirming that that money will NOT be deducted again.<br> Now I have to wait 5 business days for them to refund something they NEVER should have deducted in the first place. <br> I also had to speak to 4 different people before I was helped as I got transferred from one consultant to another as it seemed they did not want to assist me. <br>
