Policy cancellation horror

So i got a quote for car insurance and Andron was assisting me. He was able to beat my current insurer and i was ready to move. When i tried t cancel with my current they gave me a lower premium which Andron couldn't beat. on the 11th of june i sent an email to dcinsure and andron. no one responded. i sent another email on the 18th and still no one responded. I then called and asked to speak to him but he was unavailable and the guy who i was talking to said he sent my cancellation request and my policy will be cancelled. To my surprise Discovery debited my account. Guys can i please have my money back.
