Policy Cancelation

So I got an email this afternoon saying my policy with Discovery for my vehicle had successfully been canceled. Problem is I did not cancel my policy.

I called in a spoke to Walter (I will admit I was not a happy chappy and he got most of my frustration) whom I understand was not his fault for the policy been canceled and he assisted me without a single complaint. He recaptured my policy as someone had deleted it and kept apologizing for the wait.

Walter deserves this special recognition. We need more people like Walter. Oh and after he recreated my policy, my premium went down *insert happy dance*
