Points to reflect, policy download

Dear Discovery,<br> <br> How long does it take for the Tiger Wheel & Tyre check to reflect? The assessment was done 12th June, you sent me a report 15th June, yet no point. I have in the meantime filled up with a full tank. Have I earned the lesser cash back due to this?<br> <br> We were able in the past to very easily download a copy of our policy document. Have you changed the website, have you removed this functionality? Not good.<br>
