Pleasurable Customer Service

I spilled water on my Windows Surface Laptop. I informed my broker and she immediately logged a claim with Discovery Insure. Within hours I was called by Phumla Magagula who was extremely friendly and she took me step by step on how the issue will be resolved. I thought as usual the claim will take weeks before settled. I got a quotation on 15 October and sent it to Phumla, she immediately called me back and informed me that they will settle and pay the funds into my account. On 16 Oct I was notified that the funds were paid into my account and as I am writing this mail, I am using my brand new Mac Book Air!! What a service from Phumla Magagula.

I enjoyed the constant feedback even the acknowledgement that you have received my email. This was customer service rarely found in South Africa lately.
