Please process the settlement offer. The delays cost me money everyday

My car is gathering dust everyday while I wait for the settlement offer to be paid out. My papers were sent to the Finance department on the 19th and once more there are more details. I shouldn't have to suffer and pay thousands of rands to get to and from work when I have a car that could be getting fixed and reducing the number of days I have to use uber. I really don't understand the business model around delaying everything with Discovery. I have literally had to complain from the jump and follow up with an unresponsive company.
