Please cancel my policy!!

I requested a quote for my car. On the 20th of January 2025,I called them to cancel the quote. Yesterday, I received a message that reads:

Discovery Insure: A friendly reminder that your premium of 2258.49 will be debited on 2025-02-15. If you have any queries call us on ***. Auth FSP.

I called them and held for 15 minutes until I hung up. No one seems to understand my request and worried they will debit tomorrow. Please sort it out thanks.
