Recently phoned your company to take out insurance, initially my details were taken down wrong and not all the options and benefits were revealed even thou it was requested.<br> Phoned again to correct the details and get more information. I told the agent what was wrong as to please not interfere with any of the other details as they were right, he did not listen and changed the other details.<br> He could not answer my questions or even show any confidence in what was being said by him.<br> I urgently need someone to cal me who knows what discovery insure offers, I would like to know the difference between household insurance, portable and accidental damage, I want the best option instead of including an item in all 3 options. If a cell phone is portable, why does it fall under a separate option.<br> Was initially told that if I do not claim, then on the anniversary of my policy the premium will drop, the next agent told me that after 6 months I should call have my policy reviewed. <br> If my car's value depreciates every year, then what about my household contents, what value should I attach to these items, do these items depreciate also. What are the replacement options if item is ******/damaged
