Pleasantly surprised by good service

I recently had to submit a claim to my insurance for building damage, it has been ages since i last dealt with the insurance in terms of a claim so i expected it to be a long drawn out process, we all know that the insurance is happy to take our money but come claim time then the problems start. Well not this time, from the beginning everything was hassle free with Discovery and especially Natasja keeping me informed and updated throughout the claims process. And most of all the claims process was handled and completed speedily. Thanks to Natasja and the Discovery team.
