Pleasant surprise - Fast & efficient claim settlement

<p>Literally within minutes of registering my claim, I had received confirmation together with my claim number and how the matter would be settled - i.e. replacement of my damaged Home Theatre System.</p> <p>The following day I received a phone call from the supplier to arrange collection and the whole saga was over within 4 days (because a weekend was involved).</p> <p>Thank you Kevin du Plessis</p>
