Pleasant Surprise

I had a vehicle breakdown almost 30km from my home - on a Sunday afternoon. Not sure what to do and who to call, I decided to try the number on the "Do Not Tow" sticker on the inside of my window....who ever uses that number... Well I did and was pleasantly surprised.

I spoke to Brandon Pillay and he was quick and helpful and had all my details on hand, including the location I was stranded at. I waited less than an hour before help arrived and my car and I was transported to my home. We almost always forget about the added benefits on our insurance policies. I am please to have reached out to my insurer and had a great experience. Thank you Brandon Pillay for your professionalism and keeping me informed and at ease all continuously.
