Pleasant surprise

<p>Many thanks to the swift processing of my claim by agent Thando Ngwenya.</p> <p><br />At first, I thought I was being given the run around when I received instructions from the previously assigned agent on Monday and in replying for more clarification I received no response.</p> <p>I decided to wait until today, when Thando called me out of the blue to tell me that the other agent was not at work and that the claim had been reassigned AND that my claim had been approved. This turns a little unpleasantness into a major relief.</p> <p><br />Thanks again.</p>
