Pleasant Service from Assessor

I purchased a branded new Porsche vehicle on 12th of September 2019... Oh what an amazing feeling. Hard work and diligence rewards.

Sadly tho on the 20th of October I had a complete bizarre accident where my beautiful baby was written off. Through the stress of my accident immediately I got a call from the Discovery Insure team saying they recieved an accident alert. Tow trucks, fire services and paramedics were dispatched to my location and within 30minutes.

Fast forward 2 days and Discovery had furthermore requested a Trauma Counselor to see me. In all this my biggest fear would be the assessor as I have heard many stories of their extremely brutal investigation which leave one feeling like a ******** and going further into depression.

An assessor by the name of Deon Jordan was appointed to my case. He came to my house and what a complete pleasure !!! He was so compassionate about my ordeal and trauma and not once did all the stories I heard about assessor come to play.

Even after the assessment meeting he would advise me and update on what is happening. One of the most pleasant experiences from my traumatic ordeal.
