Lunga from Optimum Assist restored my confidence in Discovery Health’s Roadside Assistance with his prompt and friendly service when I was stuck in the middle of nowhere Mid July 2019. I was driving around last minute preparations for a wedding the next day. I noticed late my fuel level surprised me. He came faster that expected. Not too many formalities until I was in the clear, no unnecessary embarrassing questions etc even though I deserved one or too ????. It felt like when you had called your best friend to help who spared nothing to make sure you are safely home. He he followed up later until I am clear the car won’t trouble me again. Even Discovery checked on me. He was Godsent
