Pleasant experience

<p>It's that time of the year again when everything but the salary goes up. So true to form I called my insurer to see how they can assist me save some pennies. I was assisted by a pleasant gentleman called Tshepo Mokhoabana, he indulged my questions, requests and even more questions and displayed professional conduct. Although I dreaded making the call, he definitely made the process more bearable. Managed to save some pennies in the process...</p>
