****pie disgusting service from discovery

I took out car insurance with Discovery, policy start date was 15 March 2024 was told that I need to pay 800 for the remaining days of the month made provision for the premium to be in the account. They did not deduct, I have been calling them everyday since then and they have been promising to deduct. I went to tyger wheel and tire for the installation of a tracker and activation of the vitality card. They deducted the initiation fee Monday. I called them Tuesday asking why they didn't deduct the premium but were too quick to take the initiation fee. Was promised that they will deduct. Today I get an email saying policy was canceled due to non-payment. I call them they tell me that it's because the premium RD. I asked how when there's enough money in the account it turns out they deducted twice the amount I was told that they will deduct. If discovery is giving such a bad service at the start of the policy what will happen at claim stage, this means they will give every excuse in the book not to pay.

If you planing on taking policy with them I would advise you not to otherwise you will regret and have wasted your precious time and money.
