Today I was talking to Philene Govender at Discovery in the Santon branch. It's Friday, and I know you would like to sit at home on a Friday. But even with my large request of adding phones and removing phones she had a smile the whole time, and kept me up to date at all times, she has given me the best service on this busy Friday. If she would like to resign from Discovery, they need to think twice before letting her go.
