PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!

I deal with claims handlers all day from many different company's - I have never had the service, efficiency and professionalism from a claims handler like I did from Kele Bezu. Normally it takes begging and pleading and a million follow up calls to try and get feedback on my clients claims but Kele made my claims process headache free and pleasant. I hope that one day she will get to train people on how claims 'SHOULD' be handled!<br> Thank you Kele Bezu - I hope your hard work is truly appreciated.
