Phenomenal Customer service

I called discovery today regarding certain discrepancies on my profile and had a personal request to which Mr Gomba assisted most promptly and efficiently. Really appreciate the level of his service and how he dealt with my frustration as there were certain things I did not understand. Great service and keep it up. He is certainly an asset to the company.
