Phenomenal Claims Experience with Discovery Insure

We are always quick to complain when service is poor and rarely compliment when service is good. Well I want to compliment Dan Narayan from the Insure Claims department at Discovery Insure on his outstanding service. Our claim was submitted, actioned and approved within 20 minutes and there was constant feedback via email to the Financial Adviser and ourselves keeping us informed. My previous experience with other service providers is that you always have to follow up and chase them. This is not the case with Discovery Insure and Dan Narayan. Welldone Dan; it was a refreshing experience. Thank you.
